1. Data Ephemerality

All documents you upload (PDFs, images, statements) are temporarily processed by our AI to analyse your claim. Once analysis is complete, the raw source files are immediately purged from our servers. We believe in "Trust, but Delete."

2. Data Storage and Personalisation

To deliver a functional experience, ClawBack collects and securely stores the following:

• Profile Information: We store your name and email address to auto-fill the sender details on your generated dispute letters and to send you important account notifications. We do not use Sign In with Apple or collect device identifiers.
• Claim Metadata: We store the structured output of your analysed claims (category, estimated value, law cited, and the AI-generated draft log) in your secure Claims Vault so you can review and track disputes over time.

We never sell your profile information, email address, or claim metadata to third-party marketers, data brokers, or collection agencies.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not share your demographic, financial, or dispute data with any third-party marketing platforms, data brokers, or credit reporting agencies. Your account information is used solely for subscription management and authenticating your vault.

The letters generated by this application are kept strictly confidential within your Claims Vault.

4. Cookies & Browser Sessions

ClawBack uses a minimal set of browser technologies to keep you signed in and preserve your workflow:

• Authentication Cookies: A secure, HttpOnly session cookie verifies your identity after login. It is never readable by JavaScript, cleared on logout, and not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Session Storage: Browser sessionStorage temporarily holds your in-progress claim evaluation so it isn't lost if you need to log in mid-flow. This data lives only in your current browser tab and is deleted when you close it.
• No Third-Party Tracking Cookies: We do not place advertising pixels, retargeting cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on your device. No Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or similar ad-network technologies.

You can clear all session data at any time by logging out or clearing your browser's site data for useclawback.com.

5. Geographic Scope

ClawBack is designed exclusively for U.S. residents. Our AI cross-references U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws. If you access this service from outside the United States, your data is processed on U.S. servers and governed by U.S. law.
