By using ClawBack and generating AI-powered dispute documents, you explicitly agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Not Legal Advice
ClawBack is an AI-powered document creation tool and self-help resource. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or guaranteed outcomes. The drafts generated by this application are intelligent templates based on publicly available regulations and statutes. You are entirely responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting it to any third party.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of ClawBack does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and UseClawback.com. Any communications between you and ClawBack are processed programmatically and are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
Accuracy of Information
While our AI attempts to accurately cross-reference your uploaded documents with federal and state regulations, laws change frequently. ClawBack does not warrant that the information or drafted templates are perfectly accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You use the generated drafts entirely at your own risk.
Liability Disclaimer
The documents generated by ClawBack are executed at your own discretion. ClawBack is not liable for outcomes related to account closures or retaliation by third parties following the submission of a generated draft.
Billing & Subscriptions
ClawBack offers the following paid tiers in addition to a free scanning tier:
- Basic ($2.99 one-time): A single-use purchase that unlocks full AI-generated dispute letter drafting and PDF export for one claim.
- Pro ($5.99/month): A recurring monthly subscription providing up to 6 claims per month, escalation templates, and full Claim Vault history. Billing recurs on the same date each month until cancelled.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. ClawBack does not store your credit card information. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via Settings → Manage Subscription in the ClawBack web app. This opens the Stripe billing portal. Your Pro access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refunds: Basic one-time purchases are non-refundable once the dispute letter has been generated and viewed. If you experienced a technical failure that prevented access to purchased content, contact us at help@useclawback.com within 7 days and we will review your case.
ClawBack reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.
Geographic Restriction
ClawBack is intended exclusively for residents of the United States. The regulatory frameworks referenced by our AI (including DOT regulations, Regulation Z, the No Surprises Act, and CFPB guidelines) are U.S.-specific. Use of this service from outside the United States is at your own risk.
